Financial Services Provider Aviva Chooses Web Hosting Provider NTT Europe Online

December 13, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – A number of sources suggest financial services provider Aviva has chosen Web hosting provider NTT Europe Online (http://www.ntteuropeonline.com/) to host its websites. The company decided to consolidate its hosting requirements with NTT based on its recognized stability. Web sites for a number of brands such as Norwich Union will be hosted as part of the agreement between the companies.

Much of Aviva’s £41.5bn ($84.9bn) revenue is generated online and a fully serviceable web presence is an absolute priority for the company. “The new secure architecture provides Aviva with real stability for our commercial sites which is vital as they process millions of pounds per month in transactions,” Christian Fowler, Aviva’s Senior Technical Authority was reported as suggesting.

Alongside hosting the company’s public Web sites, NTT Europe Online will also host Aviva’s internal Web sites.
