November 8, 2010
November 8, 2010 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – NYI, a New York City-based, mission-critical data services provider, has teamed with the New Jersey Technology Council (NJTC) to host the fifth-annual Top Tech Trends and Innovation Competition, which will be held at 999 Frontier Road (www.nyi.net/999frontier), NYI's 40,000 square foot flagship Garden State data center in Bridgewater, New Jersey.

Acknowledged as one of the defining events of the local business calendar, the Top Tech Trends and Innovation Competition brings together leading executives, venture capitalists, scientists, educators and pundits to celebrate today's most innovative Electronics, IT, Life Sciences and Telecom firms, while casting its glance into the near-future to discuss the critical technology developments that will impact us all in the next 12-24 months.

"Between ticket sales and submissions, we are expecting a fantastic turnout," said Paul Frank, VP Membership, NJTC. "Part of the reason is due to the explosion of activity that's been taking place over the past several years. Another factor is NYI's location in Central New Jersey - an ideal spot for attracting folks from both the northern and southern parts of the state, as well as Pennsylvania."

"We are proud to be working with NJTC on such a popular and inspiring event," said Phillip Koblence, VP Operations, NYI. "When we unveiled 999 Frontier just over a year ago, we knew that we were entering one of the US' most advanced and innovative markets. With this event, we place ourselves in the center of the conversation among the area's leading figures."

Panelists and Predictors include:

- Bill Carson, Managing Director, Hudson Venture Partners
- Mario Casabona, President, Casabona Ventures LLC
- Tom Penn, Partner, MVP Capital Partners
- Dr. Donald Sebastian, Senior Vice President, Research & Development, NJIT
- Mike Sevret, Regional Vice President of Sales, Optimum Lightpath
- James Erik Abels, Editor & CEO, Three Minute Media

In addition to serving as the unofficial first birthday for 999 Frontier, the event will also honor the region's most innovative products and services with an awards ceremony, which will be presided over by Mayor Patricia Flannery, Bridgewater Township.
