OneNeck IT Solutions has expanded its data center in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, USA. The center is located in Hennepin County, which is southwest of Minneapolis. The company's investment of $12 million makes the center one of the largest Tier III data facilities in the United States' upper midwest. The company has added around 6,000 square feet of raised floor space raising the building's total area to 18,000 square feet.
OneNeck’s business philosophy is to provide secure and reliable local services. As a result, the company has established six data centers across the United States with an additional center close to completion near Denver. OneNeck's SSAE 16, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA-compliant facility in Eden Prairie offers state-of-the-art equipment including biometric security features to control access. The center also features a rigorous fail-safe procedures. The achievement of Tier III certification means the center's infrastructure is maintainable should any one critical component fail and procedures are in place to avoid disruption during planned maintenance, meaning guaranteed uptime and continuation of services.
