Open Source Collaboration Software Provider Open-Xchange Accelerates Partnership with Parallels

April 21, 2011 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Open-Xchange, the supplier of business-class email and groupware for cloud providers, it has been announced that it continues to build momentum with Parallels, a worldwide leader in hosting and cloud service enablement, via their cooperative technology development and sales initiatives. Since 2008, the two companies have partnered delivering integrated products that work in cloud computing and hosting.

Blacknight Solutions, Ireland’s most popular domain registrar and leader in emerging Internet technology, will convert over 70,000 email accounts to Open-Xchange and offer advanced groupware function to its customers. Blacknight is a full-service web hosting provider using Parallels Operations Automation (POA) and administer hosting and co-location services to businesses all over the world.

Ovaleye, based in Duvall, Washington, is a cloud services company focused on providing small office/home office (SOHO) businesses with website and email hosting, web conferencing, voice over IP phone service and more. Ovaleye was founded in 2006 by Tracy and Kathy Nelson after many years of building and hosting their own business websites. The company uses Parallels Plesk Panel.

Irish Domains Ltd., based in Dublin, is a provider of domain name and web hosting services since 1999, which will also convert a comparable number of email accounts to Open-Xchange. The company uses Parallels Operations Automation.

ReadySpace with offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Malaysia delivers a wide range of IT hosting services to businesses of all sizes around the world. Its state-of-the-art data center is the largest in the Asia-Pacific region. The company uses Parallels Operations Automation and will bring Open-Xchange email and groupware to its customer base.

Established in 2002, PacHosting has quickly grown to become one of the leading hosting service providers in Hong Kong providing small to large businesses in Hong Kong and China with web and email hosting, connectivity, dedicated servers, virtual private servers, cloud server and co-location.
