Patrick Harr has joined cloud storage company
Panzura. Panzura, which has headquarters in Campbell, California, United States, was established in 2008. The company aims to “deliver cloud-integrated local NAS capabilities to a globally-distributed enterprise, allowing storage capacity to be centrally located, managed, and protected”. Panzura’s customers include the US Department of Justice and companies like Electronic Arts and National Instruments. Mr. Harr joins the company as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
A veteran of the cloud industry, Mr. Harr has over 20 years of cloud storage experience. He has previously held Vice President positions at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise and VMWare. He has also led a number of startups. Mr. Harr will focus on Panzura’s partnerships and working with cloud providers to increase the company’s growth by helping enterprises transition to cloud storage.
"I'm very excited to join Panzura as CEO and lead the company in its next phase of growth," explained Mr. Harr. "The company has a great team, solid investors and strong partners. Together, we will work with customers to rethink their storage strategies to take advantage of the massive market shift to cloud."
