Performance Management Software Company Integrated Research (IR) Acquires Contact Center Performance Solutions Provider IQ Services
Performance management software company Integrated Research (IR) has acquired contact center performance solutions provider IQ Services. The company, which has headquarters in North Sydney, New South Wales, Australia, provides "proactive performance management software for critical IT infrastructure, payments and communications ecosystems". The cost of the deal has been reported as being dependent on IQ Services meeting agreed targets during the transition period.

IR caters to an around 1,000-strong customer base in a number of sectors including banking, airlines and telecommunications. Its products include IR’s Prognosis and offer "business critical insights" that "ensure continuity-critical systems" offer the level of performance required by users across around the world. IR's purchase of IQ Services gives the company a range of opportunities in a number of current and emerging markets.

IR's solutions integrate with Unified Communications' product suite to offer management and testing solutions in a range of environments including Avaya, Cisco and Microsoft’s Lync and Skype for Business. IQ Services' cloud-based testing capabilities offer IR a new level of scope for its offerings alongside growth in Europe and Asia.

“This acquisition is truly exciting as it strategically positions Integrated Research to progressively expand into new technological markets by providing a unique and fully integrated proactive management architecture as well as leveraging our existing customers and markets with substantial new offerings,” explained IR's Chairman, Steve Killelea.
