January 28, 2008 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Prague-based mobile technology start-up Wirenode (http://www.wirenode.com) has launched a mobile platform, it was announced recently. The platform comprises a mobile website builder, mobile web hosting, and a social networking promotion tool. The option provides a number of widgets that enable a user to build a mobile website “within 5 minutes”.
Wirenode’s mobile website builder features a WYSIWYG editor which can be used by people with limited or no development, programming, or html ability. The editor manages text and pictures and allows text boxes to be embedded into website pages that allow mobile visitors to send a message to a website owner.
The editor also provides a widget option that allows users to place widgets that import RSS feeds onto mobile pages, allowing bloggers to develop their sites while “on the go”. Another widget option allows LinkedIn social network users to retrieve LinkedIn user profiles information and create a “mobile personal profile”. In addition, a social networking promotion tool allows users to share their mobile site content on all social networking sites like MySpace and Facebook.
