Private Label Tier-1 Support Available to groupSPARK Resellers

July 14, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Private Label Tier-1 support is now available to groupSPARK (http://groupspark.com/) resellers as an optional service, it was announced recently. This service is available to the company’s channel partners and resellers and allows them to provide their customers with “comprehensive technical support and simultaneously save money”.

groupSPARK’s entire reseller solution is fully private labeled and available via a state-of-the-art Private Label Application Delivery platform (PLAD). According to the company, resellers can take advantage of the company’s “internal infrastructure, technical expertise and leadership in the private label Hosted Microsoft Exchange Server marketplace” by outsourcing 24x7 private label tier-1 technical support. Resellers’ customers will be unaware they are receiving support from groupSPARK as the resellers’ names and branding will be prevalent. groupSPARK’s hosted SaaS offering includes Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, Windows SharePoint Services v3.0 and Dynamics CRM. This can also be resold by partners and offered as a private label service.
