Web Hosting Provider Re-invent Adds ASP.NET 2.0 Commerce Starter Kit to Plans

The kit is a PayPal enabled open source ecommerce storefront which features product catalog and shopping cart functionalities for owners of websites written in ASP.NET 2.0. The system allows developers to quickly and cheaply establish online stores. Alongside catalog and shopping cart the Starter Kit offers a range of functionalities including product inventory and order management, anonymous shopping, shipping and sales tax management, customer purchase history and usage logs. To operate the kit requires the SQL database addon which must be added to a hosting plan at additional cost. Re-invent specializes in offering expertise in a range of areas including ASP, ASP.NET, FrontPage and SharePoint 2003, MS Access, mySQL, and SQL databases. The company’s plans offer free installation of a number of additional options including DotNetNuke and Community Server. |
