2-RZs is a unique distributed colocation solution offered by Redbus Interhouse and Global Switch’s high-availability data centres in Niederrad and Rödelheim (Frankfurt), using Global Voice’s redundant optical fibre infrastructure to connect the data centres. Each state-of-the-art facility provides high specification fully-redundant power supply, cooling, fire protection systems and high-performance connections to a wide range of providers. The data centre partnership benefits from the facilities’ ideal geographic locations - easily within the maximum allowable fibre distance for mirrored IT systems, while being situated far enough apart that it is unlikely that both would be affected by the same event or disaster.
