Reseller Web Hosting Provider ResellersPanel Launches API and Hosting Plan Creator |

November 20, 2006 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Reseller web hosting provider ResellersPanel (http://www.resellerspanel.com) has launched an API and new hosting plan creator, it was announced recently. The API (Application Programming Interface) software has been added to the company’s hosting platform to facilitate “Liquid Plan Builder”, a tool which allows web hosting resellers to create their own hosting plans.
ResellersPanel API version 1.0 offers a domain name availability checker, username availability checker, domain name and web hosting account registration, and web hosting plan selection. The API returns results in plain text and XML format and is accessed through a secure SSL connection using a MD5 encrypted password.
Liquid Plan Builder is compatible with the website templates supported by ResellersPanel. Each web hosting plan provided through Liquid Plan Builder must include disk space, traffic, hosted domains and email boxes.
Nick Blaskov, CFO of ResellersPanel said by using the API software to create accounts for customers, resellers “gain the opportunity to have a billing gateway of their own” which enables them to keep a direct connection with their customers. In addition, he suggested that the Liquid Plan Builder gives resellers the opportunity to create unique hosting plans consistent with the goals of their customers’ marketing. |
