Rod Christensen Joins Virtual Backup Services Provider NovaStor as New CTO
Rod Christensen has joined virtual backup services provider NovaStor as its new Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Vice President of Engineering. The company, which has headquarters in Zug, Switzerland and a presence in Agoura Hills, USA and Hamburg, Germany, prides itself on providing “Backup for the Rest of Us.” Its data backup solutions cater to businesses of a range of sizes and are on "both sides of the cloud" - covering both virtual and physical environments.

Mr. Christensen is a 25-year industry veteran whose focus has been to establish solutions for difficult data storage requirements. His previous position before joining NovaStor was Vice President of Software Development at CA where he was in charge of 250 staff responsible for the engineering behind CA Enterprise software. Prior to CA he was co-founder of Yosemite Technologies which was acquired by Barracuda Networks.
