Citrix has launched Citrix Workspace Cloud, a "new platform designed to simplify the on-demand delivery of a wide range of IT tools and services". Citrix unifies virtualization, networking, mobility management and SaaS solutions to establish workspaces that allow organizations to operate more effectively. It caters to over 100 million users globally and generated $3.14 billion of revenue in 2014.
Through the Citrix Workspace Cloud, Citrix offers a hybrid model that allows access to apps and collaboration solutions "from any device and any location". The solution unifies on-premise and cloud solutions to establish secure "mobile workspaces" that can be customized to provide access to the tools a company's workforce needs to be efficient. Its cloud-based management offers a high degree of flexibility.
Citrix is offering partners and customers a "test drive" of the solution, including full insight into establishing a workspace. The test drive will be available on Tuesday, May 12 at 12:00 Eastern time and available from the company's website.
