With the acquisition of Dialtone Internet's virtual Web hosting divisions, Sage Networks continues to be a leader in the consolidation of Web hosting, an industry which Forrester Research estimates will grow to over $10 billion by the year 2002.
Today's Announcement Marks Sage Networks' Eleventh Acquisition.
The acquisition of Web Hosting To Go and T3 Hosting will add a large network of customers and resellers to Sage Networks' current operations. Dialtone's dedicated and co-located customers will continue operations with Dialtone Internet in Florida. Sage Networks will migrate Dialtone Internet's virtual hosting customer base to its Atlanta data facility and customer care center.
