AllCloud has received a $7 million investment through its latest round of funding. AllCloud, which has headquarters in Rosh HaAyin, Israel, was established in 2015. The company is a Salesforce Platinum Partner and also provides global cloud, Software-as-a-Service, and Infrastructure solutions. It is also an AWS Premier Partner and a Google Cloud Partner. The funding was led by new investors Discount Capital and Hallett Capital alongside AllCloud’s existing investment team and brings total investment to date to around $15 million.
The $7 million funding gave AllCloud the option to acquire Figur8. Figur8, which has headquarters in San Francisco, California, United States, was established in 2012. A “certified Salesforce.com Cloud Alliance Partner”, the company specializes in “custom implementation services that are tailored” to meet its customers’ business requirements. The company is also involved in Salesforce consulting services. Financial aspects of the acquisition were not released.
News of the acquisition was announced against a backdrop on AllCloud bringing in a new CEO. Eran Gil takes over the role from current CEO, Ronit Rubin, who becomes the General Manager of the company’s EMEA activity. Ronit Rubin co-founded Atlanta, Georgia-based cloud computing advisory services provider and Salesforce partner Cloud Sherpas.
“The acquisition of Figur8 provides us the ability to better support our customers’ digital transformation efforts on a global scale,” suggested Mr. Gil in a press release. “The new capital provides us the flexibility to grow organically or, if we prefer, through more acquisitions. With a seasoned management team and plenty of resources, AllCloud is in a very strong position to serve our customers wherever and however they need us.”
