Version 8.1 of ShopSite Ecommerce Software Option for Web Hosting Providers Launched

(http://www.shopsite.com) has announced the launch of version 8.1 of ShopSite, an “industry leading ecommerce software option for web hosting providers, for new or existing Internet merchants, and for web designers.” The new ShopSite version has passed Visa's, “CISP Payment Application Best Practices” validation - a series of 13 “best practices” that if employed “protect sensitive information from being compromised”. "8.1 allows customers to list products on eBay from within the application, allowing merchants to increase their customer base," suggested ShopSite CEO, Mr. David Hills. “As a member of the eBay Developers Program, ShopSite uses the eBay APIs to allow merchants to easily list products from their ShopSite store on eBay with just two clicks.” Additional enhancements to ShopSite 8 include PayPal Website Payments Pro support, UK-based NetBanx payments, and robust encryption procedures. |
