Sitestar Purchases Netrover, Inc., Acquires Web Hosting Customers |

January 10, 2006 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Internet access and value-added computer services provider Sitestar Corporation (http://www.sitestar.net) has announced that it has purchased Canadian-based Netrover, Inc. (http://www.netrover.com) effective January 1, 2006. The company will gain a further 7,000 customers through the acquisition including web hosting customers, dial-up and Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) Internet subscribers, and customers of other Netrover services.
The acquisition offers Sitestar greater exposure in Canada, complementing the company’s plans to improve its customer base in North America. "The acquisition of Netrover bolsters both the financial and business position of Sitestar," said Daniel A. Judd, CFO, a Sitestar spokesman. "Netrover is profitable, strengthens our balance sheet and increases our customer base and presence in North America."
"The Netrover purchase further expands the Sitestar service footprint and opens Canada as a new market for our services," suggested Sitestar CEO, Frank R. Erhartic.
