The control panel was developed using Ruby on Rails, a stable development framework that allows for swift application development and the ability to quickly implement new features in the future.
Customers are hosted on high-performance CentOS Linux servers, located in SoftLayer’s award-winning Dallas, Texas datacenter. The company’s RAID servers, paired with its incredibly powerful and easy-to-use control panel, are backed by United States-based technical support, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
