SmarterTrack offers features and functionality that include Help Desk, Ticket System, Live Chat, Cost Analysis, Data Mining, Knowledge Base, and Reporting solutions delivered within one web interface. The new version includes a “WhosOn” feature that allows businesses real-time tracking of customers as they navigate websites and allows agents to invite users to Live Chats.
