Social sales and marketing Contact Relationship Management (CRM) company Nimble and cloud services consulting provider NeoCloud have formed a partnership. Nimble, which has headquarters in Santa Monica, California, United States, offers small businesses “the best features of high-end CRM systems combined with the power of social media”. Nimble pulls together “CRM, classic contact management, social media, sales intelligence and marketing automation” into a single tool. The partnership will see Nimble’s CRM bundled into NeoCloud’s Office 365 deployments.

With headquarters in Raleigh, North Carolina, United States, NeoCloud provides cloud services consulting to companies of a range of sizes. The company’s services “provide greater accessibility, reliability, scalability, and backup than traditional server options”. It offers an “end-to-end approach” which includes assessment, training, and support to around 150,000 users across the United States, including around 1,500 business customers. Its strategic partnerships include cloud providers like Google and Microsoft. NeoCloud’s partnership with Nimble will ”address the growing market need for a simple, affordable contact management and CRM for Microsoft Office 365 and GSuite users”.
