October 26, 2009 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – idrive Monitoring Systems SRL, a subsidiary of Solutions Group Inc., (SOLU.PK) announced today that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with A-1 Limousine of Princeton, New Jersey. Under the agreement, A-1 will purchase 240 units of idrive’s X1 Video Event Recorder and supporting hardware and software. The agreement calls for the sale to close in the fourth quarter and is valued at more than $120,000.
“After recently announcing that it is moving forward with its first production run, idrive is now announcing it first sale. The sale for over $120,000 is the first of many to come. At the TLPA (Taxicab, Limousine and Paratransit Association) show in Las Vegas, idrive was very successful in drawing attention to its products and is pursuing several other large sales to be announced soon,” Stated Sean O’Neill, Solutions Group, CEO.
