Spectra Logic has been awarded 'Private Cloud Provider of the Year' in the 2015 Stratus Award for Cloud Computing awards. The company, which has been in operation since 1980, is "dedicated solely to storage". Its storage solutions cater to companies that require "long-term storage for business and technology professionals".
The 'Private Cloud Provider of the Year' program is organized by the Business Intelligence Group and recognizes businesses and individuals for their services and "helping to accelerate the development and adoption of the cloud". Spectra Logic specializes in "creating new methods of managing information" for archive and backup services, cold storage, cloud and private cloud.
