Steve Bloom has joined data center, hybrid cloud and managed services provider
QTS Realty Trust, Inc. (QTS). QTS, which has headquarters in Overland Park, Kansas, United States, was established in 2005. The company offers the United States’ “only fully integrated technology services platform” and offers “flexible, scalable solutions” to government agencies and organizations in areas like financial services, healthcare and high tech industries. It caters to over 1,000 customers globally through data centers in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Mr. Bloom joins QTS as ‘Chief People Officer’ (CPO).
A 25-year industry veteran, Mr. Bloom has worked in a wide range of industries, particularly companies involved in areas like technology, healthcare and financial services. He has held positions at world famous companies like PepsiCo and Citibank, and he was previously with ProBuild where he had Senior Vice President (SVP) and Chief Human Resource Officer roles. Prior to joining QTS he partnered with a The Mendoza School of Business at Notre Dame University professor to do research on what makes company employees ‘flourish’.
