Subscription Management Software Provider Ubersmith Launches Hosted Version of Suite
October 30, 2017
Subscription management software provider Ubersmith has launched a hosted version of its software suite. Ubersmith, an INAP company, has headquarters in New York, United States. The company bills itself as a "global leader in subscription business management software for organizations of all sizes" and offers an "integrated, open and intuitive" software suite for billing, quoting, helpdesk ticketing solutions, and a range of other functions. Offering a hosted version of the suite removes the need for installation and maintenance, saving customers time and money.
Utilized by a range of organizations, including software companies, cloud, data center and managed services providers, the hosted version of Ubersmith's suite offers the same features and functionalities as the version used on customers' premises. It is also available at the same pricing. The fully customizable software's modular design means customers can either use its full potential or use it only for the functions they require. The software also offers full access to customer information including billing status, discounts applied, device information, and purchased services. A customer interface is accessible via a range of devices including PCs, smart phones and tablets. Monthly hosted Ubersmith subscriptions start at only $200 per month.
“This helps us reach a new class of customers who don’t want to worry about having to deploy and maintain the software on their premises,” explained Ubersmith's President, Kurt Daniel. “Recently, this has come up as a frequent request so we’re giving customers the option to use either this hosted version or their own version of Ubersmith software on-premises in their data center.”
