SupportPRO Introduces Open Source Helpdesk Application Providing Customer Inquiry Management for Web Hosting Providers

SupportPRO SupportDesk 3.0 uses an AJAX-powered interface and provides improved security tools. The latest version also sees more robust message rules, POP3 support and spam filters.
