Susan Eakle has joined managed cloud services provider
Rapidscale. Rapidscale, which has headquarters in Irvine, California, United States, bills itself as delivering “world-class, secure, and reliable cloud computing solutions to companies of all sizes across the globe”. The company’s solutions include CloudDesktop - its proprietary managed CloudDesktop platform. Other solutions include its CloudServer, CloudDesktop, CloudOffice, CloudMail, CloudRecovery, and CloudApps options. Ms. Eakle joins Rapidscale as Vice President Of National Accounts.
Ms. Eakle is an industry veteran with over two decades of experience in areas such as cloud sales, account management and telecommunications consulting. She brings particular expertise in areas such as cloud services, strategic partnerships, account management and channel sales. Before moving to Rapidscale Ms. Eakle held executive positions at GE Capital and PAETEC Communications. She is part of Women in the Channel and was previously involved in the GE’s Women’s Network. She also offers particular expertise in Six Sigma tools and processes and has Six Sigma certification. At RapidScale she will be responsible for ensuring the company’s customers enjoy the best possible customer experience and she will lead its account management and strategic partnerships efforts.
