SWsoft Acquires Helm

December 21, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – SWsoft (http://www.swsoft.com) has acquired WebHost Automation Ltd. (http://www.webhostautomation.com/), maker of Helm and a competitor in the area of development and production of web hosting control panels and billing software. Based in Bristol, United Kingdom, WebHost Automation has nearly 1.5 million end users worldwide for its Windows solution.
