As a result of its approach, the company has won a number of customer service excellence awards. The company achieving a Customer Satisfaction Excellence Gold Star from Cisco is testament to the success of its approach. Cisco awards customer satisfaction amongst its partners by giving “Gold, Silver, and Premier” certifications. These awards recognize that a company has met its “regional target goals” over the previous 12 months.
