Continuum now offers its Continuum Backup and Disaster Recovery (Continuum BDR) solution in the Asia-Pacific market. Continuum, which has headquarters in Boston, Massachusetts, United States, was established in 1983. The company also has European headquarters in Thames Valley, United Kingdom. It caters to managed IT service providers, providing the “technology platform, services, and processes they need to reduce costs and deliver exceptional service to their clients”.
Continuum’s scalable platform is offered on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) basis. It offers a technology suite which includes NOC, SOC and Help Desk and allows providers to remotely “monitor, manage, secure and backup their clients' IT environments” from a single interface. Continuum BDR is designed to enable providers to maximize resources and focus on core competencies. When cyberattacks, infrastructure failures or natural disasters occur BDR restores users’ IT while minimizing downtime and data loss. The solution is now supported by the IBM Cloud data center in Sydney, Australia to bring the “most reliable and cost-effective backup and disaster recovery” platform to the Asia-Pacific market.
