Haven Cyber Technologies has acquired Microsoft cloud services and solutions provider Onevinn. Haven Cyber Technologies has headquarters in Luxembourg alongside an office in Munich, Germany and London, United Kingdom. Established in 2018 by the founder of technology investment firm C5 Capital, the company prides itself on supporting customers by providing “comprehensive and high-quality cybersecurity” that meets and exceeds requirements both on site and in the cloud. Its acquisition of Onevinn underscores a growth strategy that is intended to make the company the “leading European managed security solutions provider”. Financial aspects of the deal have yet to be released.
Onevinn, which has headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden, was established in 2008. The company offers specialized and dynamic security that safeguards business’ critical data. Alongside information protection the company offers expertise in areas that include identity and access management, vulnerability management and IT infrastructure security. Onevinn is a global Microsoft enterprise security partner.
