The company, which bills itself as a “leading global provider of managed IT infrastructure services”, has upgraded its platform to include “Dynamic Capacity Management”, which allows Enterprise Cloud customers to “access on-demand computing capacity with greater flexibility than ever”.

Providing a variety of preconfigured server roles across Microsoft Windows, Linux and Sun Solaris operating systems, Terremark’s new offering is powered by its Infinistructure™ computing platform. The offering also leverages the company’s top-tier data centers and extensive network connectivity (more than 160 global carriers). According to the company, the Enterprise Cloud offers an “easy-to-use web application” that allows customers to “dynamically provision servers from a pre-allocated pool of dedicated computing resources”. Users can easily reconfigure their servers which can be “grouped and organized according to role” and “extended according to utilization”.
