Go Daddy Recognizes Webmasters with Official Webmaster Holiday
April 29, 2008 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Two-thirds of small- to medium-sized businesses employ an in-house Webmaster. Often overworked and sometimes under appreciated, Go Daddy (http://www.godaddy.com) has earmarked April 29 as an ‘official’ webmaster holiday.
"The Internet wouldn't be where it is today without this underappreciated group who keep content on the ‘net fresh’," explained Bob Parsons, CEO and Founder of Go Daddy. “We hope the holiday will inspire gratitude for Webmasters around the world."

Go Daddy suggests a number of ways to “pay tribute” to Webmasters during the holiday. These include baking them a cake, taking them to dinner or sending them an ecard, a selection of which are available on the Go Daddy website at www.GoDaddy.com/WebmastersDay.
