Web Hosting Provider Go Daddy Releases Super Bowl Details |

January 10, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting provider Go Daddy (http://www.godaddy.com) has released details about its commercials during this year’s Super Bowl. The Go Daddy name has become somewhat synonymous with Super Bowl commercials and the company has announced what it calls a “diverse cast of characters” for this year’s event.
Those starring in the commercial will include Danica Patrick, ‘Go Daddy Girl’ Candice Michelle, stars from The Chopper Family, reality television stars Paul Teutul Sr. and his sons Paul Jr. and Michael, motorcycle drag-racing star Valerie Thompson, Diggnation’s Kevin Rose and Alex Albrecht, and Cali Lewis from GeekBriefTV. “We’ve been lucky with great results from our Super Bowl advertising campaigns,” explained Bob Parsons, Go Daddy’s CEO and Founder. “Each year, we work to top the previous year’s success and for 2007, we’re going all out – but you’ll have to wait to see how all these characters fit in a 30-second spot.”
Go Daddy’s 2006 commercial was submitted and changed 14 times before it was finally approved. GoDaddy.com has purchased three slots for this year’s Super Bowl and CBS will be broadcasting the February 4 event from Miami. “It’s one thing to come up with a good idea for your commercial, but for us, it’s another challenge altogether to have it approved. The key is to capture and entertain the audience,” added Mr. Parsons. |
