Web Hosting Provider The Planet Re-launches Double Down Promotion
January 28, 2008 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web hosting provider The Planet (http://www.theplanet.com/) has re-launched its “Double Down” promotion, the company announced recently. The promotion offers consumers choice of a “select range of servers” and “twice the RAM, hard-drive space or bandwidth at no additional cost”.
“Our sales team has received a tremendous amount of positive customer feedback on the Double Down promotion and requests for its return,” explained The Planet’s Director of Product Management, Urvish Vashi. “As a customer-driven company, we’re responding to those requests.”
The Planet, which bills itself as “the world’s largest privately held dedicated hosting company”, caters for 22,000 small- and medium-size businesses and 3.1 million websites. Their latest promotion closes January 31, 2008, or “while limited promotional supplies last”.
