Web Host The Planet Offers Automated Self-Restore
April 22, 2008 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web host The Planet (http://www.theplanet.com) is offering users an ‘Automated Self-Restore’ option, it was reported yesterday. Should critical software failure occur, The Planet’s new Automated Rescue Environment (ARE) downloads a light operating system which provides the necessary tools to diagnose and recover data, and allow users to “self-restore and repair” servers from The Planet’s customer portal.
