Web Host The Planet Offers Server Discounts
August 13, 2008 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Web host The Planet (http://www.theplanet.com/) is offering server discounts of up to 57%, it was announced recently. The company, which bills itself as “the global leader in IT hosting”, is offering discounts on Dual Xeon and Pentium servers that are “optimized for customers who require technology test beds for evaluating new applications”.
Models involved in the promotion include the Dual Xeon 3.2 SCSI and SATA and the Pentium4 2.4. Those who purchase two or more Dual Xeon 3.2 SCSI or SATA in a single order get the second with a discount of 57%, while those purchasing two or more Pentium4 2.4 machines receive the second at a 36% discount. The promotion is available until August 24, 2008.
