Touch Support Introduces Outsourced Support for the Web Hosting Industry

Share
March 29, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Touch Support, LLC (http://www.touchsupport.com), a provider of US-based outsourced technical support and server administration services for the web hosting industry, has announced it is adding support for Windows hosting products, including the Helm and Plesk control panel software run on Windows Server 2000 and 2003. The company’s new Windows support fulfills the outsourced support needs of Windows hosts and hosts who provide Windows hosting solutions alongside traditional Linux hosting plans.

“In the past year, we noticed a trend of mainstream hosting companies expanding into areas previously occupied by specialty providers. This shift ultimately resulted in an increase in the number of companies providing Windows-based hosting services,” explained General Manager and co-founder of Touch Support, Mr. David Lindahl. “Naturally, this increase created stronger demand for Windows support services, a sector of the hosting support industry we look forward to serving.”

Founded in 2003, Touch Support provides a variety of “fully brandable” outsourced support solutions including ticket/helpdesk support, live chat support, and phone support. Hosting customers using this service are not aware they are working with an outsourced provider when contacting technical support. The company currently provides support for over 300,000 domain names.
