TransBeam Aquires ISP StickDog and Looks for More
March 14, 2005 - (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Transbeam announced they have completed their acquisition of D.C. based Stickdog.

Avner Nebel, Transbeam's Vice President of Network Operation commented, "the migration of hundreds of DSL and T1 lines onto the Transbeam network was a virtually seamless operation, and it was completed sooner than we expected. The acquisition papers were signed on September 1st, 2004, and at this point, the network migration is complete."

Transbeam expanded its coverage area as well as its revenue and client base while maintaining the same level of operational expenses. Transbeam is continuing its strategy of acquiring Internet Services Providers to expand its national footprint.
