Zen Internet, one of the UK’s leading independent Internet Service Providers (ISP), has maintained its Which? Recommended Broadband Provider status, topping the satisfaction tables for the fifth time in a row.
The survey was based on results of an online survey of over 10,000 Which? online panels members about their broadband experiences to find the best providers. The customer satisfaction score (as a percentage) is based on overall satisfaction and their likelihood to recommend the ISP to a friend.
“Zen Internet is the best – it has retained the top spot in our survey for the fifth time in a row. It might not win hearts and minds when it comes to value – but it was awarded five stars for every other aspect of its service and received an overall customer score of 84%,” said Which?
