British web host Hosting Heroes Ltd. (
Hosting Heroes) has acquired fellow provide EZPZ Hosting. The company, which is currently referred to as ‘Cyber Host Pro’, has global headquarters in Wallasey near Liverpool in the northwest of the United Kingdom, was established in 2002. It provides business cloud hosting solutions and offers a range of options including traditional hosting services alongside Reseller, VPS, and dedicated hosting options powered by servers with enterprise SSD hard disks. The company also specializes in WordPress options domain name registration services. Cyber Host Pro will absorb EZPZ Hosting’s customers and infrastructure adding to its current 2,000 customers and the resulting organization will be henceforth known as ‘Hosting Heroes’.
EZPZ Hosting was founded in 2007 and has headquarters in Norwich in the southeast of the United Kingdom. Like Cyber Host Pro, EZPZ Hosting offers shared, reseller, VPS, and dedicated hosting options from facilities in Florida, India and the UK. The acquisition will add “over 650,000 websites around the world” to the resulting Hosting Heroes entity. This is the third acquisition Hosting Heroes has made in a 12-month period.
“By leveraging the infrastructure and worldwide customer base of EZPZ Hosting, we are able to solidify our redundancy abilities and provide our entire customer portfolio even more proficient services that continue to exceed industry standards and client expectations,” explained Hosting Heroes’ director Chris Danks. “When we look at areas of opportunity to invest we primarily think of how current and future customers can be even more thrilled working with Cyber Host Pro. Coming together with EZPZ Hosting fits perfectly with that mission.”
