Unified communications solution provider 3CX and channel-focused cloud services distributor CloudCo Partner (
CloudCo) have formed a partnership. 3CX, which has headquarters in Nicosia, Cyprus, is the creator of the ‘3CX Phone System’, an “open standards platform that innovates communications and replaces proprietary PBXs”. It is also the provider of ‘3CX WebMeeting’, a browser-to-browser Web conferencing solution that leverages WebRTC technology and also acts as an advanced online classroom. The company has 30,000 customers globally including some of the world’s biggest corporations. Together 3CX and CloudCo will offer “groundbreaking Cloud PBX” channel services.
CloudCo “transforms the way resellers provide cloud software and services to their customers”. The company’s services include personalized sales and technical training. Its high-quality support enables its customers to quickly establish themselves in the cloud market and achieve immediate profitability. CloudCo will add 3CX to its own cloud-based hosting platform. Benefitting from a superior architecture and flexible options, 3CX users can host their licenses with the reassurance that “they are running in a T4 rated data center” and are supported by a 99.99 % uptime guarantee and ongoing NOC.
