US web host MDDHosting has been awarded a "give-away package" which was co-sponsored with Dutch email security provider
SpamExperts and valued at $40,000. It included incoming and outgoing email filtering services for 1,000 domains.
MDDHosting was established in 2007 and provides "high quality services and support" catering to a wide range of individuals and businesses globally. Prior to utilizing SpamExperts' services MDDHosting had an in-house solution which required a "large amount of resources and man-hours" to deal with incoming and outgoing spam attacks. This meant the company is now better able to plan resources and "minimize the time spent investigating spam issues". Before receiving the package the company was already utilizing a filtering license for 10,000 domains, allowing it to join SpamExperts' "Hosting Partner" program.
