Intcomex has signed a new partnership with cloud software platform provider Dropsuite Ltd. (Dropsuite). Intcomex, which has headquarters in Doral, Florida, United States, was established in 1988. The company bills itself as a “premiere value-added distributor of IT products focused solely on serving Latin America and the Caribbean” and it offers customers a one-stop solution for purchasing computer components, peripherals, software solutions and other products. The company caters to 40,000 customers in more than 45 countries and offers around 5,700 products from over 220 vendors, including the world’s leading providers. Through the partnership Intcomex will offer Dropsuite’s ‘Cloud Backup for Office 365’ services to more than 50,000 reseller partners.
Dropsuite, which has headquarters in Singapore, was established in 2012. The company’s cloud software platform “helps hundreds of thousands of businesses in 130 countries easily backup, recover and protect their digital assets”. Alongside ‘Cloud Backup for Office 365’ and backup services for Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams, it also offers G Suite Gmail backup, website backup services and email archiving options. Dropsuite’s partners include major web hosting and digital services providers including GoDaddy, Ingram Micro and GMO Internet Group. The company’s reseller partners address the needs of “millions of businesses worldwide”.
