VariLogiX Upgrades FraudCall Fraud Prevention Software

November 6, 2006 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – VariLogiX (http://www.varilogix.com) has upgraded its FraudCall telephony fraud prevention software, the company announced today. Version 3 of FraudCall offers several major service enhancements and a range of new features. The upgrade is the most significant enhancement since its release in 2004.

FraudCall’s new features include an enhanced text-to-speech or speech-to-text functionality. The new version also allows greater customization of call handling data and the content of placed calls. “We have worked tirelessly in the past months to develop an upgrade for FraudCall that not only builds upon the strengths of previous versions, but that also introduces several new technologies that our customers are looking for,” said VariLogiX President James Ryan. “I’m confident this software does just that.”

Also included in the upgrade are Detailed Call logs, a ‘Manual Call Center’, and ‘Enhanced Automated Whitelists’ and ‘Blacklists’. The system also boasts Live Agent Connect which allows customers to connect to a merchant if there are issues during verification calls. In addition, a new ‘Help and Support’ system has been included in the VariLogiX Control Center to allow for quicker resolution of integration and usage problems. “The recurring themes throughout Version 3 are flexibility and usability, and I look forward to our customers enjoying the design and structure of the new interface,” added Mr. Ryan.

FraudCall is available through four new service plans which enable users to only subscribe to features they need.
