April 14, 2005 - (HOSTSEARCH.COM) - Agiliti, Inc. announced today that it has sold its
managed hosting business to VeriCenter, a Houston based provider of IT infrastructure and managed services. VeriCenter will issue preferred stock in exchange for substantially all of Agiliti’s assets and will also assume the outstanding debt of the company. There will be limited operational changes as VeriCenter will retain Agiliti’s team to operate its Minneapolis/St. Paul managed hosting and data center operations. In addition, Agiliti’s professional services team has been spun off to form a new company focused on providing IT integration consulting services.
