Web Hosting Provider Verio Redesigns viaVerio.com
May 15, 2007 - (HOSTSEARCH.COM) - Web hosting provider Verio has redesigned its viaVerio.com website, the company announced yesterday. According to the company, the changes were based on qualitative and quantitative market research and “several months†of interviews with viaVerio channel partners.
Verio’s viaVerio partner program targets the SMB market and offers members high value online business services. These include web hosting on a range of platforms, online business services and applications, and ecommerce solutions. The program also offers members “volume discounts, private label opportunities, and technical sales and marketing supportâ€.
The viaVerio website has been redesigned to provide an “online resource center to support greater community interaction between partnersâ€. The new site offers “improved site structure, navigation and flow†and the company believes it will “better address the needs of existing and prospective partnersâ€. The site offers extended private-label and co-brandable marketing and sales support materials such as whitepapers. In addition, a number of tutorials are available which have been “more prominently displayed†to easier access. The site also features other helpful materials such as FAQ’s, “getting started†materials, and spam avoidance and email marketing tips.
“Our goal with viaVerio.com is to provide a one-stop resource for our partner community – one of the largest in the industry – with the tools and information they need to help grow their business operations,†explained Verio’s Chief Operating Officer, Dennis Boyle. “The new viaVerio Website is wholly reflective of what partners were telling us mattered most to their business.â€
