Web Hosting Provider Verio Offers Free Educational Hosting Services (EHS)
July 10, 2007 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Dedicated web hosting provider Verio (http://www.verio.com/) is offering free Educational Hosting Services (EHS) to attendees of the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference, it was announced recently. The EHS program is designed to help businesses grow their bottom line and includes instructive Webcasts on how to host websites and development environments on the Windows platform.
Based on the Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0, Windows Server 2003, Internet Information Services (IIS) version 6.0, and SQL Server 2005 Express Edition, EHS provides developers and designers a highly efficient way to learn Windows-based hosting techniques, share code and related information and learn new tips and tricks.
Verio's EHS offering and Windows services will be showcased at booth #260 at the Partner Conference where attendees can also sign up for the free web hosting accounts. David Kidd, Verio’s Senior Product Manager for Windows Hosting, will be available to instruct attendees on the use of this “unique and popular platform”. Kidd will demonstrate Verio’s Windows-based business management tools and managed services, all designed to meet the needs of web developers and designers, as well as small and midsize solution provider partners and other business customers.
