Traverse Global Communications Acquires Web Hosting Provider VirgoHost |

November 20, 2006 – (HOSTSEARCH.COM) – Traverse Global Communications (http://www.traverseglobal.com) has acquired web hosting provider VirgoHost, it was announced recently. The purchase of VirgoHost was made under Traverse Global Communications “Web Developer Relief’ program. No details about the cost of the acquisition were announced.
Traverse Global Communications’ Web Developer Relief program is geared towards helping web designers who are bogged down by the amount of work they have. ''Everyday we interact with web designers that have grown to be responsible for dozens or even hundreds of websites,” explained Michael W. We continue billing their clients using their original pricing schedule and then pay a substantial ongoing percentage of revenues directly to the web designer on each account. This program is very attractive for retiring web developers seeking to sell their business yet still retain a residual income.''
