Champion Solutions Group (Champion Solutions) has acquired advanced IT solutions company DirecLogix. Champion Solutions, which has headquarters in Boca Raton, Florida, United States, was established in 1979. The company’s services help its clients “increase their productivity, reduce costs and mitigate risks”. It offers “deep expertise” in a range of areas including virtualization, cloud, security, storage, converged and hyper-converged data center services, and data management. Champion’s acquisition of DirecLogix is intended to enhance its data center and software capabilities.
DirecLogix, which has headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, United States, was established in 2005. The company’s range of services extend to cloud and managed services, data center optimization, systems infrastructure and security options. Its offerings reach desktops, mobile devices and the cloud, and it caters to customers across the United States. DirecLogix has partnerships with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure cloud and HP Enterprise (HPE). Champion Solutions’ acquisition therefore gives the company additional expertise in the solutions AWS, Microsoft and HPE provide. Financial aspects of the acquisition have not been released.
