VPS Hosting Company StormVZ Changes Name to Iniz
VPS hosting company StormVZ has changed its name to Iniz in a rebranding exercise which the company suggests "marks the start of a new era" for the company.

Although the StormVZ brand has been successful and seen "significant growth over the past 6 months", the company's owner made the rebranding move to establish a brand that stands out in a competitive market place. The company's customers will be moved under the new Iniz name and billing system on Saturday, April 13th, 2013, and the company's old StormVZ website will be redirected to http://iniz.com/ on the same date.

As Iniz, the company is providing high performance budget VPS hosting which incorporates enterprise-grade hardware. This includes a new range of SSD Cached VPSs powered by Dual E5-2620 CPUs. Iniz is also revamping current services and looking to incorporate new services in the near future, including free DNS hosting. As a response to customer requests, the company will also introduce "Stripe", a simple means of making recurring credit card payments.

"While we envisage no problems with the transition, we urge any existing clients with questions about the rebrand and redirection to contact us for further information," explained a company spokesperson. "We are very excited about the brand's development, and look forward to embracing the Iniz brand."

Rebranding is a bold move. Do you know of any other companies involved in a similar exercise? Give us the details. Add your comments below.
